In creating 19th Ward Mutual Aid over two years ago, Tim Noonan found a way to help those in need during the pandemic.
For the third straight year, his organization also helped families have a bountiful meal during the holidays.
Noonan, a North Beverly resident who is running for 19th Ward alderman, led 19th Ward Mutual Aid in a chicken giveaway at Morgan Park Presbyterian Church on Dec. 28.
