Tim Noonan has been actively involved in numerous community efforts in recent years, taking a lead role in activities such as protesting for improvements at Chicago Public Schools (CPS), honoring the military and helping those in need during the pandemic.
Now, Noonan wants to increase that community involvement, and the North Beverly resident recently announced his campaign to be elected as 19th Ward alderman.
As he challenges incumbent Matt O’Shea in the Feb. 28, 2023, municipal election, Noonan believes the residents of the ward should have more say in what type of community projects take place—instead of being told by ward leadership what initiatives deserve support.
