Tim Noonan, the father of students at Kellogg Elementary School and the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, voices his opposition for a 19th Ward Ald. Matt O’Shea proposal that includes merging Kellogg with Sutherland at a Chicago Board of Education meeting on Sept. 28. About 25 people lined up as several people expressed their concerns. Board President Frank Clark said nothing has been presented to the board yet and that its member will listen to community input.
